Why The Book Was Written???

Years ago photographers kept these famous Vermont Photo-Scens a secret so that they could photograph them year after year and sell them to greeting card and calendar companies or use them to win awards at their local camera clubs. A new comer to Vermont could not find the famous scenes and would go home very frustrated.

Famous Jenne Farm Photo Below

Below is a photograph of the world's most photographed farm, The Jenne Farm in Reading, Vermont. Photographers from all over the world come to photograph this perfect composition scene. Life magazine showed it in a double page spread years ago and a famous beer company used it in their ad with their famous horses. During the autum seasaon, around October 12th, you will find dozens of photographers at this scene to catch the early morning light on the farm houses. It is also a great winter scene right after a snow storm.

How The Author Found These Famous Photo-Scenes.

It took the author three years or wandering around the back roads of Vermont and  he stumbled on each photo scene by accident over that period of time. He kept a complete record of how to find them again and finally wrote the photo guide book to help other photographers find these beautiful Vermont scenes.

What Photographer's Say About The Book

Mr. Kaplan has received letters and emails from all over the world from photographer's who wish to thank him for writing the book that helped them find the photo scenes when they came to Vermont.
